Terms of use

The rules for these pages and for the waiting list — including what Affily is not yet, and what joining the list does not entitle you to.

In force since October 22, 2026Version 2.1

This text is not in force yet. It already describes what these pages do today — only the waiting list, no account and no billing — but it has not been through legal review. Until it is in force, nothing here counts as a commitment, and search engines are asked not to index this page.

1. Who runs Affily

Affily is run by Gustavo Guedes, an individual. Contact: contato@affily.club.

There is no company behind the project today. When there is one, this section will carry the company’s razão social, CNPJ and address, as Decree 7.962/2013 requires of anyone selling online.

By using these pages or joining the waiting list, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. What Affily is today

Today Affily is a set of public pages describing a product research and analysis platform for affiliate marketing, plus a waiting list for being told when it opens.

The platform described here is not open for use yet: there is no way to sign in and nothing to buy. The system behind the figures already runs and measures — what does not exist is your access to it. Nothing on these pages is an offer, a service contract, or a promise of a launch date.

3. The figures and examples on these pages

Figures shown with a date beside them — the catalogue, the demand measurements and the auction map on the Analyser page — are real measurements of the system, taken on that date and not rounded for effect.

Where a panel announces itself as an example, its figures are illustrative, and the panel says so on screen: that is the case of the product radar on the home page. The label on the panel is what counts, and it is there to be read.

The names are never real, on any page. A network appears as “Network A” and a product as “Product A”, because publishing the name next to the figure would hand over the research that is the tool’s own asset.

A past measurement guarantees no future result. Nothing on these pages is a recommendation to advertise, invest in or sell anything, and no figure here was produced for your operation.

When the platform opens, the analyses it produces will be decision support: not financial, legal or accounting advice, and never a guarantee of commercial results. The decision will remain yours, and so will the risk.

4. The waiting list

Joining the list means one thing: you want to be told. It is not an account, not a reserved place, not a registration, it costs nothing, and it guarantees no price, no condition and no early access.

The address is confirmed through a link sent to it, and until the launch announcement the list receives only that confirmation and the opt-out link you request — the reasoning is in the Privacy Policy.

You can leave whenever you like: request the opt-out link through the footer and click it, without asking anyone’s permission.

Do not enter someone else’s address.

5. Acceptable use

These pages are public and you are welcome to read them. You agree not to:

  • scrape, bulk-copy or republish the content and design of the pages;
  • use automation to enter addresses, yours or anyone else’s, into the waiting list;
  • attempt to circumvent request limits or overload the infrastructure;
  • probe, scan or test for vulnerabilities without written authorisation;
  • use the Affily name in a way that suggests a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement that does not exist.

6. Intellectual property

The Affily name, the design, the texts, the code and the visual marks of these pages belong to whoever runs the project, or are licensed to them. Reading the page transfers none of those rights.

7. Availability and changes

These pages are provided “as is”. They may go offline, change address, gain or lose sections, without notice. It is a project under construction, and saying otherwise would promise what cannot be promised.

8. What does not exist yet

There is no account, password, sign-in, plan, subscription, billing, refund or integration with any third-party platform. No clause about those things belongs here today, and none of them is hidden in another document.

When they exist, these Terms will gain the corresponding clauses — including the 7-day right of withdrawal under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, and the rules for renewal and cancellation — and the new version will be published before any charge is made.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Brazilian law permits, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, advertising spend or indirect damages arising from the use of these pages or from decisions taken on the basis of the figures published on them.

Since nothing is charged today, there is no amount paid that could serve as a reference for any compensation.

Nothing here removes the rights the Consumer Protection Code guarantees where a consumer relationship exists.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update this text. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the date and number at the top.

A significant change — above all one introducing charges — is announced on these pages at least 15 days in advance. Until Affily announces its launch, the list receives no notice of changes to these Terms, and this page is the only announcement channel, which is exactly why the date at the top matters.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.

Where a consumer relationship exists, the competent court is the one at the consumer’s domicile, as the Consumer Protection Code guarantees. In every other case, it is the court at the domicile of whoever runs Affily. We elect no other forum: a forum-selection clause against a consumer is one the courts set aside, and writing it would only create the expectation that it holds.
